What is The Structure of Energy Healing?

The Structure of Energy Healing is about balancing four unique energy fields that are vital for the health of our body, mind and spirit and the planet. When these energy fields are damaged or breakdown, they interfere with the flow of our personal and global consciousness.

How are energy fields damaged?

Personally: When we are experience stress and personal trauma, the foundations of our energy fields collapse from the shock and strain. Like a multi-storied building during an earthquake, the connections of our life-force detach from each other. They lose the ability to connect consciously. We then cannot maintain our mental health and physical wellbeing. We become isolated from a 'whole' and united life-force which causes depression, alcohol or drug abuse and many other forms of physical, emotional or mental illness.
